She has tried many times to download and log onto the app but it does not recognize our registration numnber. She has called NCL several times and they haven't been able to fix it. How can she complete her check in if the app/website does not allow her to link herself to our cruise? My app is showing her listed as a guest along with me and we have shore excursions and dining booked in both our names Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bennyboats28 Posted September 11, 2022 #2 Share Posted September 11, 2022 Hi Marta, I had this problem only a couple of weeks ago when trying to link my Jade cruise to my account. The problem I had was that the name of the guest used on the booking must match what you use in the app. I had to create a new account on the NCL app using my full name that was on the booking invoice and then I could link the reservation. You will have to create a new account with the full name matching the invoice and then login. Once you are then logged in it will tell you to link your reservation which then should work.
