Port time

We are on NCL Prima March 7.   The itinerary says we are in port from 7-3.   Is this local time?  I know the time difference from Port Canaveral is one 1 hour.  We are scheduled for excursion starting at 830am local time Thanx

Depends on when Daylight savings starts. 

Cozumel does not observe DST so depends on if the US is doing DST next year and when.
