St Johns Pineapple Beach Resort day pass

Wondering if anyone has been to PBR lately. We will be with DS 11.

Is this resort suitable for DS? Is it worth the $?

Any feedback would be helpful.:)

Funny thing someone asked about Breezes and I told them to check out the ports of call board for Jamaica. There are several posts on the Antigua board about Pineapple Beach. Most people say it is a nice place. We are actually planning to spend the day there.

 

All non motorized water sports are included as is food and all beverages. Sometimes they have organized pool games etc. Go check out the board it will answer your questions.

first you should go to the antigua board. there are many reviews there. we went this past december and thought it was one of the best values ever on a cruise. we got there at 10:30 so we had missed the buffet breakfast. so if you go.....go early!!! we immediately got chairs and umbrellas on a gorgeous beach and relaxed (there were 8 of us 4 teens). then came lunch... you have 3 options here (choose one or all three).....a buffet, a grill (hamburgers, chicken fingers, fries) or a bar b que at the top of a hill with the most amazing view of the island. did i mention that everything is included in your day pass? all facilites......all food and ALL DRINKS.....virgin or otherwise!!! there are 2 pools....an adults only lap pool and a nice pool for everyone. there are activities and a work out facility (which of course we didn't use) . go to the antigua board and search for "pineapple beach".

I had been looking on the St.Johns board and didn't find much.:o
