looking for feedback || best tour operator for snorkeling

Hi.

 

My boyfriend and I are going on our first cruise at the end of March.

 

I've never been snorkeling before. Can someone recommend a private tour operator.

 

I've read enough posts on here to know that booking through the cruise line is usually more expensive.

I don't know if booking through the cruiseline is necessarily more expensive but it's likely to be much more crowded.

 

I don't know that I'd go to the expense of chartering a snorkel trip, though. There are many shops on the island that limit their tours to 8 to 12 people. My recommendation would be Eagle Ray Divers. They typically keep their trips to about 8 or less -- unless it's super busy and there might be 12 people on board. Very personalized attention.

I have also used Eagleray and had a great time. My sister was a novice snorkeler at the time and they made sure she saw everthing, that she was safe and that we had a good time. they do a great job!
