cruisejunkie4ever Posted March 6, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2006 HI All, This will be my 1st NCL cruise on the Dawn.:) :) I have traveled with RCCL 16 times, and always book a JS mini suite with them. In january I was on the Explorer of the Seas in a JS mini suite with 3 adults and one child (complete with pack-n-play) the room was just right for us @ 270 sq feet, :) . On searching and looking at all great photos of the Dawn, if looks like the AF mini is @ 230 sq feet:confused: , Do you think that this is going to be a really tight fit, just from the photo's alone it looks like when the 3rd bed is open there would be no place for the pack-n-play?:( Any info would be great, I looked into a AB but the price would jump up about $3k Thanks CruiseJunike4ever
BILLP1 Posted March 6, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2006 We just had a mini suite on the Dawn and I can't imagine putting three adults and a child in that cabin. You better get along real well with each other.

I am not to worried on how we will get along with each other ,but will the pack-n-play fit with the pull out open. Anybody else ever sail with 3 plus baby in a Mini AF? Maryfrei Posted March 7, 2006 #5 Share Posted March 7, 2006 We stayed 4 in an AF; me, DH, two teen kids. Tight, but we had a great time and would do it again. It is tight when the sleeper is folded out. I don't know how big a pack n play is, but there is kind of like a path around the beds, not too wide. I wonder if one could sleep on the couch without folding it out, which would leave that big space where the seating area is? Might not be too comfy though:(. Bobgaffney Posted March 7, 2006 #6 Share Posted March 7, 2006 Call the upsell desk. We were booked on the Dawn for a minisuite and upsold to an AB for about $1500. If you can manage the extra cost it is definately worth it. How long till your cruise?
