OBC questions

I've tried searching and can't find the answer to my question, and I tried calling MSC and the rep also couldn't answer my questions... <sigh> so I'm sorry if this is a repeat.

 

We have $400 of OBC through MSC (booked directly through them during a promotion, not TA) between our 2 rooms. 

1. I can only use that once on board, not now to book anything in advance, right?

2. Can I use that to apply to our mandatory gratuities?

I want to buy a fun pass, but don't know if I should pre-purchase it or wait and buy it onboard with our OBC.

Yes, you can only use it once onboard. After a day or two it will just be credited toward your onboard account and count against any charges you have including the daily service fee (gratuity).
