Staying in Orlando before Sensation

I'm a newbie and I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. I booked 2 nights in Orlando before our cruise through the cruiseline because we thought the transfers to the port would be included. I received my docs and it says the transfer is from the airport to the port and nothing regarding the hotel transfers. We did this same thing when we sailed out of San Juan and the transfers included transport to the hotel as well as the port. When we contacted the internet TA they said that all we have are the transfers to the port meaning we have to leave the hotel and go back to the airport to use the transfer we did get. I have emailed Carnival but no response. Does this sound right to anyone? If that is all we get for the extra money I won't be this foolish again.:D Thanks for any info
