It varies according to location and itinerary. North America is usually 7:30 and 9:30. In Europe this year it was 8:15 and 10:15. It may have something to do with when the MDRs open.

You can see the times for your sailing in the Journey View activities timeline in the app. I’ve seen it populate as much as 60 days before a cruise

We’re leaving in 5 days,  the only activity posted is a daily craft cocktail event. Absolutely nothing else under Journey View activities. Oh well, we’ll find it soon enough.
