D3 Cabins on Adventure of the Seas - Sofa Bed???

Can anyone tell me if the D3 cabins on Adventure of the Seas (deck 6) have a sofa bed or are they just sofa's in the room???

I think it depends on the room. If you go to the royal caribbean website and look at the deck plan for the AoS it should tell you which rooms have a pullout sofa and which don't. I think it's denoted by a small triangle on the room block.

Probably not - a year or two ago RCI reclassified nearly all their "D" cabins that could either hold more than two people or were connecting to D1.
