Sushi Making 101 Class

Has anyone done this?  My 9y/o GS wants to do it.  What kind of sushi do you make.  We will be on the Panorama.  Any details/pictures would be appreciated.  TIA

edit: Never mind, I did a search on this forum for "cupcake" and found out they should be listed under Specialty Dining.  And it sounds like they sometimes will pop up later for booking even if they're not in there when you first book your cruise.

We took the sushi class last November and had a great time. We made a spicy tuna roll and a shrimp tempura roll. The do ask about allergies before the class, and will probably make substitutions (vegetarian) if needed. Class took about 90 minutes. We signed up in august for our November cruise. By mid September, the class was full.
