Can I write to the YC concierge before cruising?

Hello all,

I'll be sailing in Yacht Club on the Seascape in February (19/02/2023). First time cruising with MSC.

Can I write to the concierge to get recommandations on tours prior to embarkation day? I know other cruise lines do it but I haven't received any communication from the YC concierge yet. I did a "call me back" request on the website last week and no one has called me back either.

That would be a "no."  The YC concierge is not going to reach out to you before sailing.  If you need excursion advice, ask here on the boards.
