Cozumel for younger kids - excursion advice please!

We have just booked the Oasis of the Seas at the end of April and we are going to have a day in Cozumel. We have a 4 year old (very adventurous) boy and an 8 year old girl. We would love to do something out of the ordinary to start creating unique memories for our kids so don't really want to spend the day like a typical beach day (plus we live near the beach in Florida). Best activities/excursions/locations considering we have a 4 and 8 year old?

We would ideally love something not too long without a ton of time in the car, with, etc. Unique cenotes not too long a drive high on the list! Swimming with stingrays looks amazing! The Mayan Ruins and chocolate place look potentially interesting. We do not want to do the dolphin swim or other activities with animals that are in captivity. We plan to bring life jacket for younger child for swimming excursions. Open to private drivers and private tours as long as not too much $$$. I know there are a lot of tours like this in general but want to make sure we choose something appropriate for the little kiddos.

Thanks in advance! 😊
