Alcoves at sea

Just a quick question about reserving an alcove at sea on Equinox. We reserved one on our last cruise in 2019 on a sea day and the total cost was around $300 total. I just called to reserve one for our upcoming cruise and was told that the price is $223 per person for a sea day reservation. Does anyone know if the policy has changed from a per day total fee to a per person fee? Worth it if it's a per day fee, no way worth it if it's a per person fee...

Wrong info from CS.  In their defense it does say per day in the description but then you will see in large print to only book for one person.  It’s confusing, but price is for the group.  One person in group does the reservation.  If you log in online and book it you will see it written out more clearly.  Or look under dining on the app.

Was your previous cruise on the Equinox? Their cabanas are not the same as what is pictured as Alcoves on other ships.  We chose not to book after seeing them last cruise but we have OBC to burn this time and are considering it.
