Contacting passengers on Queen Victoria

If any of you are on the Queen Victoria now, heading to San Francisco, we need some help.

We have friends aboard, Christopher and Philippa Thomson and we are supposed to meet them Monday, February 6th in SF.  I have jury duty on Monday and we can’t get to SF until the 7th.

We have been trying to reach them via email for the last week but it seems that our emails are not getting through to them.  However, we continue to get emails from them referencing a meetup on the 6th.

If any of you onboard could call their cabin and leave a message if they don’t answer, and please let them know that Ted and Jean won’t be in San Francisco until the 7th.  Also ask them to email us that they got the message.

I know there is a way to call the ship from the states, but the billing time starts at the first ring of the ships phone, and we are charged approximately $8 a minute whether we are put on hold, or connected to them quickly.  As a last resort we will call the ship tonight, hopefully after the lines go at passenger services.

If you do contact them, or leave them a phone message, please post back here.  Thanks, and we send virtual hugs for the help.

Ted & Jean
