Doing Ca coastal, hoping it won't be too chilly to use it! Wish there was a lounger or 2 though...I know those chairs can go "back" but still not the same.

Personally, I like having coffee in the morning while looking out at birds, other ships, or whatever.  At the same time on many warm weather trips I find we rarely use the balcony other than early in the morning.  The chairs and table are nice to have coffee but I find them uncomfortable to sit in for more than 15 minutes.  Sometimes I wonder if we really need a balcony.
