How far out can I book excursions or Drink pkg upgrades?

I tried to book excursions and upgrade my drink pkg but they both say unavailable. I realize I am 10 months out, but I have never experienced that. I can book the spa and WI-FI. Anyone else had this experience?

The speciality restaurants and beverages other than core easy, easy plus and premium tend to come up 60 days ish from embarkation 

 

Excursions definitely come up way before then. My furthest away booking is August this year and a full range of excursions was available when we booked in November.
