Arranging a surprise for parents

Hi Guys,

My parents are on a world cruise on the Arcadia just off of NZ at the moment. Its almost 7am on the 15th out there which is the morning of their anniversary.

They have had quite a few ports called off and today my dad had plans for my mum at their destination. Ive been advised its a reduced day and his trips have been cancled.

Is there a way I can get in contact with the ship to pay/order some fizz to their room or something along those lines ?

I seem to recall a previous thread where it is mentioned that gifts should be ordered before the ship sets sail.

Hopefully, someone may have better news for you.
