Does Celebrity still offer transfers to the city centers of Helsinki and Tallinn?

Has anyone done Scandinavia this past summer and can answer my question. We did a Baltic cruise on Connie about 5 years ago and our ship offered bus transfers right to the city center in Helsinki and Tallinn. We will be doing a similar cruise this spring, obviously without St. Petersburg, but expect to just walk around these places on our own. Thanks

Would love to know this too.  Tallin is a pretty good hike from the cruise port I have read.

Talinn Old Town is less than 1 kilometre from where the ship docks and all flat. Of course once you get there it's very steep and mostly cobbles but the views are worth it.
