UDP Hibachi Lunch... Upcharge?

Hibachi is available for lunch on both sea days. I'm seriously considering UDP for my family. The kids love hibachi, but we're not a fan, so thinking lunch may be the compromise. 

 

Does anyone know if hibachi lunch includes an up charge with UDP? "What's Included" doesn't distinguish between lunch/dinner. So, I am curious about real experiences. 

 

• For ships with these venues, Teppanyaki/Izumi Hibachi is included, with a $15 surcharge, and Chef's Table is included, with a $49.99 surcharge. These will be charged once onboard.

We have paid an upcharge for lunch for Hibachi when we have the UDP.

It's listed at $29 at lunch for my sailing so charging a $15 upcharge for it when using UDP sounds like a rip off IMO.
