Freedom of the Seas - self-serve water stations

Looking for input from anyone who has been on Freedom recently - are there still self-serve ice/water stations around the ship (Windjammer, Cafe Promenade, pool deck, etc)?

There are.  But I noticed last week that many of them were out of service.  Hopefully they'll be fixed by the time you're on board.
