New MSC Cruise Terminal in Miami

Anyone know of where to see updates, if any, for their new terminal in Miami?  Last I saw it was going to be completed 12/2023.  Of course my cruise is first week of 11/2023.  My first cruise with MSC I walked 10 miles it felt like in the terminal, but it was pretty easy.  Part of me is worried the terminal I will get to use will be on its last legs and be a major mess.  Or maybe I will get lucky and the new one will be going through a soft opening because it is done a little early and will be a mess due to that.

last legs?  They are sharing a terminal with another line, not the YMCA.

Of all the concerns we have in looking toward a cruise, it seems that the least one would be the condition of the terminal in Miami.  I've passed through most of them in the past year and all were in great condition.
