Pier 66 Bell Terminal Seattle

I’m on a cruise stopping in Seattle at the Bell Street Terminal, pier 66. I’m meeting a family member. Are they able to meet me inside the terminal? Thanks! Tom😀

No entry for non passengers. Pier 66 literally opens up on to a city sideway. There is a plaza just south of the terminal building and Anthony's Restaurant that you can meet your friend/relative.
