RCL's Barrier Reef Snorkel & Beach Break

My husband and I just went on the same shore excursion you are talking about, however, we were with NCL and met your ship's folks at Bannister Island. We've been snorkeling at Belize before but this was the best! Our catamaran was big enough for all on board, easy steps in back and front...Took us for 45 minutes to lengthy reef of fantastic coral formations and various depths of water for viewing. Then one hour at Bannister Island- where snacks, drink, musical entertainment, lounge chairs, beautiful mangrove lagoon scenery (for great family photos) and swimming in shallow water (but shells on bottom require swimboots or waterproof sandals getting in and out). A super excursion that allowed us time for shopping in dock area, too. Enjoy!
