Things to do in Ravenna with kids?

We are docking in Ravenna for 11 hours. 10am til 9pm. 

 

I have booked a Ferrari museum tour which I thought my kids would like but that runs from 1:30pm til 6:30pm. 

 

So I'd say we'd hop straight back onto the ship when we get back but we definitely have a few hours to spend in the morning. 

Any suggestions as to what to do ? The kids are 6 and 9 so they should be able to sustain a fair bit.

I'm curious about the Ferrari museum tour.  Did you book this through your cruise line (and if so, which one)?
