The Jewel has a free laundromat

We took an iron with us, it was conficated and held hostage till the end of the cruise. They told us there was laundry facilities on our floor. We were shocked to see about 10 washing machines and about 10 dryers free of charge! There was a soap machine for $1 a box. They also had an ironing board and iron in there too. I'm not sure if it is on every floor, but the 11th floor laundry is right near 11053.

Isn't it great? :) They are on four decks on the Jewel, and on the Dawn as well. Great convenience for passengers! ;)

Just across from 9088 on the ninth floor on the Jewel. Not sure on 10 and 11.

 

They work great and my wife was thrilled to do laundry on board. We came home with only 1 load of dirties for the 5 of us and she was thrilled.

 

I packed upo the dirties in suitcases aand rolled em up, she and my daughter spent about an hour on three days and did all the rest.

 

Bring quarters for the soap boxes that you can buy in the laundry.
