dining question

Can i find out in advance which nite is "caribbean" nite in the main dining room.?? I am not a fan of that and would like to go to portofino that nite and i would like to make advance reservations.... thanks..:D

Just go to Portofino's the day you board. They usually have the cruise menues for the main dining room you can browse and you can make your reservations at the same time.

Just want to make sure you know that you can't make Portofinos/Chops reservations before the cruise? (You can't go online or call RCI as you would do with an excursion.) You can make your reservations as soon as you board though, and as Aubiecruiser wrote, they should have the weeks dining room menus so you can decide then.
