Faster to the fun priority boarding

I haven't re-read the thread but do know that Arrival Appointments are strictly enforced at Long Beach.  That even includes Diamonds. Generally speaking, the 10:30-11:00a slot is the second 30 minute window and will mostly be populated by Dia/Plats. I don't know if you are a Priority guest (affording you 16 day check-in) so I might give myself a little added leeway by perhaps planning your shuttle arrival for 11 or 11:30 just so you won't possibly be stuck waiting outdoors. You are correct that boarding usually begins sometime between 11 and 11:30. Once we were delayed by a Coast Guard inspection and cooled our heels until almost 12:30. Thank goodness we were inside the terminal and had a place to sit.

If I had to wait outside in December, LongBeach isn't a bad one, rather that than Baltimore or Manhatten.
