Starbucks Package - do both have to have?

Is the Starbucks package like the beverage package, where both people in a cabin have to have it?  I am thinking about it, but know my cousin roommate would not.  Thanks!

Yes, both or all adult passengers in the cabin must purchase it.

Follow up question on this. If both adults have the drink package, do the kids in the room need to have a soda or Starbucks package? and if so can one have the soda and the other the Starbucks?

The Starbucks package is only available to guests 18 and over (but then all guests 18 and over in the same cabin must have it).
