chiefy_mom Posted May 23, 2023 #1 Share Posted May 23, 2023 I received the email from NCL with my flight information, but another member of my travelling party (different room, so different reservation) did NOT receive the email. Our Travel Agent confirmed we're all on the same flight. I checked the app and I checked my account online, I don't see any other form of communication/verification of our flight info. Rare cruiseny4life Posted May 23, 2023 #2 Share Posted May 23, 2023 Your Travel Agent should request the air confirmation for the other members of your party. They will definitely want that information so they can select their seats, add their frequent flyer number, pay for bags, check-in, etc. Email is the only way.
