Bermuda/Great Stirrup Cay/Bahamas Shore Activities?

We're sailing on the Dawn in May. Any suggestions as to what shore excursions or activities we might try? Is the Atlantis casino within walking distance of the pier and can anyone go inside?

Atlantis is not within walking distance--it's on Paradise Island. You should be able to see it off in the distance from the ship when you dock. We just walked ashore and shopped since we were only there until 1pm.

 

Great Stirrup Cay is great--a huge beach with snorkels and rafts to rent, parasailing, volleyball, free food, and a little shopping.

I recommend taking a walk to the other side of the island. It is 1-2 miles, but the bay on the other side is worth the trip.
