MoveUp Upgrade

Hi we are new to Celebrity (and Cruise Critic) and looking for insight and advice. I have been trying to bid on an upgrade but keep getting an error that says our cruise is not yet 21 days out. Today (5/28) should be within that time frame. Am I doing something wrong?

It's possible your reservation does not qualify for bidding.  For example, if you booked through certain big box stores, they don't participate in the MoveUp program.
