Online check-in date

Hello,

 

I plan to stay up till midnight for the online check-in, but the app gives june 7 as date and the website june 8.

 

What is your experience? Is the app usually right, or is the website more accurate?

We are sailing out of Barcelona. The website said 5/19 but the app said 5/18 and it opened on 5/18 at 6 pm which was 5/19 midnight Barcelona time. Hope this helps.

Thank you, If I read correctly the time in the App was your local time and the time on the website was ship time or the time of the embarkation port. 
 

Because we live in the Netherlands and sail from Amsterdam local time embarkation port time is the same. (GMT+2)  So maybe the time on the website could be the time of our destination; British Isles (GMT +1) or maybe shiptime at the exact moment the online check- in starts. The ship will be Reykjavic (GMT) then. So we will see how long I will have to stay awake for: till midnight, till 01:00 a.m or to 02:00 am 😂

The check-in opened on June 8, 00:01 a.m. Amsterdam time. So the date on the website was the right date.
