Explorer II ex Alexander Von Humboldt

Does anyone know who the owners are of the the Explorer II ex Alexander Von Humboldt (blt 1996, grt 12,331).

 

Does the ship belong to Saga I am unsure whether it was on charter to them or whether they did actually own it. Heard a rumour it could be owned by P&O Cruises Ltd can anyone confirm.

Here are the details, although it probably raises a few other queries which I will try to answer (hopefully correctly).

 

Explorer II is operated by Abercrombie & Kent.

Alexander von Humboldt was operated by Phoenix Seereisen.

Saga Pearl was operated by Saga Cruises.

Minerva was operated by Swan Hellenic

 

However, she was actually built as "Okean", a spy ship for the Soviet navy!
