Ahoy Daily Lifters! Lifting routine at Sea

Sometimes I have trouble lifting my third Tito's rocks at the bar before dinner, but I blame the olives!

 

LOL!

Would love to cruise with you sometime...................!!

Ya about my 6th I will start to get shaky! Those damn olives weight a ton! 🙂

I do more cardio than I normally do back at home -- Strongman/Powerlifter.  I do a ton of DB work depending if they get heavy enough.  Carnival had 90# or 100#, which made for a decent bench / goblet squat workouts.  OHP gets more work as well as they are usually lighter.  Smith machine is OK, but generally left to others.
