bowulf Posted January 2 #4 Share Posted January 2 I do more cardio than I normally do back at home -- Strongman/Powerlifter. I do a ton of DB work depending if they get heavy enough. Carnival had 90# or 100#, which made for a decent bench / goblet squat workouts. OHP gets more work as well as they are usually lighter. Smith machine is OK, but generally left to others.
