spirit boarding question

We left out of NYC last May and we arrived at the port around 11AM. We got to sit in chairs to wait and everything went very quickly and we were on the ship in less than an hour. I mentioned this to one of the port employees and he said it was because we arrived early?? Others who got there later had to stand in long lines. I guess it depends also on how many ships are in port on the day you get there. We are going on the Spirit in June and we will probably get there about 10:30!! Have a Great Trip!!

If someone answers jimmac1115 question, can you also let me know what time you can board if you are a Latitude member? We sail on the 3/24 cruise and I was wondering when we should leave the hotel (Marriot marquis). I would like to have lunch on board. Do Latitude members get on early or is there just a seperate line for them?

Thanks in advance
