Ship Time vs. Barbados Time

I will be sailing the Adventure of the Seas later in the year and have reserved a tour with Thriller Ocean Tours. Stephen emailed to confirm and said that the tour would start at 12:30 Barbados time. Can someone who has sailed with RCI tell me if the ship's time will be the same as the local time. Our tour is supposed to be 3 1/2 hours long and I want to make sure we have enough time to get back to the ship. Our ship sails out at 5:30pm (ship's time)

Thanks!

Adventure of the Seas sails out of Puerto Rico & it's always the same time as Barbados. If you are doing a 12.30p.m. 31/2 hour tour you will get back at 4p.m. & the Bridgetown Port is only a 5 minute Taxi ride back as Thriller is located on the Waterfront in Bridgetown. You got lots of time, I'm sure you won't be the only ones from your ship on the tour.
