I’m a newbie to NCL. I need a “Free at Sea” tutorial.

How do I purchase additional specialty dining meals? My wife and I have 2 meals each through FAS, but are considering adding 1 or 2 meals for our kids. It isn't clear online how I do this. I can see how to add more meals for us (1st and 2nd passengers), but nothing for 3rd and 4th. 

 

Is there even a cost benefit to buying these in advance?

On your reservation go to explore and plan. Select dining, and you can select meal plans. There will be checkmarks for each member of your party, and you just click those you want to buy the plan for. (This is on the desktop version, your mobile version may be different.)

 

As for cost benefit the minimum you can buy is 2. The more days you buy the cheaper the per meal price. Whether it's worth it is up to you and how much your kids eat
