I don't know about these ships square footage of suites, but I know I saw it somewhere...maybe on the Carnival website

itself..

I am looking in my catalog, and it doesn't show it in there.

Sensations' suites were 330 sq.ft....so that was GREAT on a ship, a lot like a hotel room size. (Sensation is a smaller ship than these you mentioned)
