Horizon Casino Bar

I understand there is no bar in the casino ....if someone wants a drink...where is the closest bar to get one...As far as ordering one from a server....I know from past cruises....it can be 20-30 min....and that's with the Bar being IN THE CASINO...I have no intentions of pumping dollars into a machine to wait that long if I wish to have a drink....

There is a service bar the servers use just off the casino.  Every cruise is different but usually have good service even without casino bars.  An extra dollar or two tip helps too.
