Are there water stations to fill water bottles on the Eurodam?

No dedicated water stations that I am aware off. But you can fill your bottles at the Lido buffet so long as you fill it from a clean glass and not directly from the dispenser into your bottle.

On the last ship I have been on, the Rotterdam, the gym had a bottle refill water station built into the drinking fountain.  I am sure as they upgrade the gyms on the ships, these will become standard features.

Great idea on the water option in the Lido Buffet! I'll also check out the gym.......
