Do YC Concierge Assist with Shore Excursions?

A shore excursion is showing as sold out on the web site.   Is it possible the concierge can still get us on the excursion?   Thank,you.

The YC concierge worked magic to get us booked for a Reindeer wildlife excursion in Helsinki which I slacked and waited to the point it was sold out.  Not sure if I just got lucky, but they said they would do their best and that night I had the tickets appear in my cabin 🙂.

Cruiselines have backup plans for these situations. If more people wants to go excursions the line will simple hire more busses for the tour. The online site doesn't update that fast but the staff on the ship will. It's profit for the cruiseline.
