ccc22 Posted November 4, 2023 #1 Share Posted November 4, 2023 Does anyone know how NCL really calculates a tour conductor credit under their Affinity Group Program? My NCL Cruise Consultant said that it was the discounted cost of the lowest cabin price in the group minus the 'Non Commision Package Fare'. On my Group Detail Report it shows a TC Discount of $821.17 but the consultant couldn't tell me how it was specifically calculated. By my calculations it should be: List Fare = $1940.12 Discount = $726.25 Net Fare = $1213.87 (broken down by $968.17 Comm Package Fare + $245.70 Non-Comm Package Fare) TC Discount = $1213.87 minus $245.70 = $968.
boxedmoon Posted November 4, 2023 #2 Share Posted November 4, 2023 Is every cabin the your group the same price and category? For example, if everyone else was BF and you were MA, they aren't going to give you a credit at the MA category price point.
ccc22 Posted November 5, 2023 Author #3 Share Posted November 5, 2023 All cabins are the same class but they can't explain how they came up with the $821.17 credit.
