OB Category With Assigned Cabin

My TA was supposed to book me a V1 cabin and I selected the cabin I wanted.  I just wanted a full-sized verandah and not one of the smaller ones, otherwise I could care less.  Looking at my reservation it shows OB not V1 but the cabin i selected is shown also.  What does OB category mean?  I thought it was a guarantee cabin which means you can't select your room but I have a room.

I’ve had that situation before, where the bookings shows as OB but we got to select our cabin ahead of time.  I always assumed it was a “special” because of the TA relationship/volume with Seabourn, but often OB’s are priced the same as V1’s so maybe it is related to that.  In our cases once the cabin was assigned it did not change.
