Actually, Hurricane Season goes through November, technically. There were a couple of tropical storms last December. It will be quite warm there, and pretty humid. Nice beaches at Paradise Beach and Chankanaab State Park. You can get good or bad weather at any time of the year, so I wouldn't worry about it. Have a great cruise!

Not to fire up the kids-no kids debate but another feature to going at that time of year is there are less families, the passengers tend to be a little older and the ships a little less crowded.

Great question!! We're taking the Conquest the week before Thanksgiving. Things we've heard so far....the ship won't be quite as crowded or have lots of kids. Also, the weather should be good. Anything can happen, but I don't think I'll allow it to ruin my cruise!! icon_biggrin.gif

Can't wait to sail on the Conquest 11/14

YES!! I whole heartedly agree!!! I went on the last cruise and would go back there in a second! The people in Cozumel are just awesome!!

BTW...I was there in February and the weather was spectacular!...we were on the beach, enjoying the ocean, after our horseback ride through the ruins!

Thank you all for the info.

Don't get me wrong either. I think kids should cruise (it's a great experience for them) and have a great time....Just when I'm not cruising!!!

The weather is dictated by a greater power and I'm sure we'll have a great time whatever may blow our way!

Thanks again. Happy Cruising to everyone!

This question was very appropriate for me too. We will be sailing Nov. 1st and I was wondering about the weather as well. Hopefully it will be too late for a hurricane. I do not relish that kind of excitment and I know my wife would prolly be scared to death.

We were in Cozumel the day before Thanksgiving last November and the weather was perfect. We went to Chankanaab Park to the beach and snorkled and it was very warm - in the 80's. Our friends went in mid-December and the weather was cold and the wind blowing. No beach for them.
