I think they need the category of cabin to answer your question. On the Explorer and Splendor Categories on those ships the connecting door is in the entrance foyer. I would assume on the Grandeur it would be the same in the corresponding category.

That'd be my guess too, as there's zero wall space from the dresser to the balcony slider.
