Insurance Credit User?

Recommended Posts

Guest Jen

So purchased a ticket for someone in my party. They no longer can come on the trip and I needed to cancel. When I get my 75% voucher to use in one year for NCL is it only for the person who's name is on the ticket or can I use it the one who purchased the ticket?

It sounds like you purchased trip protection/cancel for any reason coverage through the cruise line - since your reimbursement is in the form of a voucher.  If this is the case, you would need to contact the cruise line about use of the voucher.

When you purchase travel insurance from a third-party, and add cancel for any reason coverage - the reimbursement will by in cash - generally 50%-75% of your total prepaid, non-refundable trip costs.
