I Luv Crusin Posted March 21, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 21, 2006 My DH and I don't drink much and I'm concerned that we won't be treated well in the Pinnacle if we don't order a bottle of wine or drinks. We will be eating in the Pinnacle on the Veendam the first night out. What is your experience? thanks
bepsf Posted March 21, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 21, 2006 Why shouldn't they? You're still a guest and paying your $20 a head - Go and Enjoy! :)
CJC Posted March 21, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 21, 2006 We are bringing about 7 bottles of wine onboard. Do you think it would be ok to bring one with us to the PG?
peaches from georgia Posted March 21, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 21, 2006 Why wouldn't you be treated well in the PG if you didn't order a drink or wine? The wine steward will ask, you will say 'No, thank you' and your servers could care less and will treat you the same either way. My DH does not drink and I will order a glass of wine, not a bottle. We are treated with the same good service as if we ordered 2 bottles or more. How are you treated at any restaurant at home when you don't order alcohol or wine? Yes, you can bring your own wine in to the PG (and pay a $15 corkage fee).

I'm hoping that they will still honor it but if not that's OK too! Thanks for all your information. Whew, less than 2 weeks to go, I'd better start packing!
