Names of Galaxy Social Hostess and Hotel Manager

Do any of you recent Galaxy cruisers know the names of the Social Hostess (if that is what they are still called) and/or the Hotel Manager??

Not sure where else to find this information, do I dare venture into the Celebrity Customer Care Rep territory??

The hostess last week was Melanie and I believe the last name was Malvot or something like that. She was extremely good.:)
