Rare Birdnutty Posted February 22 #1 Share Posted February 22 I was on the phone with my TA extensively today, booking rooms for this summer. Everything went pretty smoothly. Tonight, I tried to go into my account to check status, and it doesn't recognise anything about me. My email addresses, my username, password, nothing. Has this happened to anyone before? I guess I'm going to have to call tech services, but they close at 6 ET and don't work weekends. Any pearls of wisdom? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

sailingships Posted February 23 #3 Share Posted February 23 Have you called NCL ? There was that problem with the cell phones etc for several hours this morning. I had something added to a cruise and instead of receiving the updated info Email, it arrived hours later after my cell phone was working again. D_And_K_gocruising Posted February 24 #5 Share Posted February 24 I think I had to do either cache clearing or cookie clearing one time on my pc. All my other devices worked but 1 computer lol.
