Refreshment Drink Package Voyager

Has anyone had the Refreshment Package on Voyager? I think I read there is no soda fountains or Johnny Rockets so where can I use it? Do they have cans of Dr Pepper or Coke Zero? Where do you get the bottled water and is there a limit? also smoothies? Thanks 🙂 I assume no place for Milk Shakes. I do enjoy a good mocktail but trying to decide if it worth $30 a day,

Bottled water is everywhere you can get a drink. Fresh squeezed juices are available at breakfast in Windjammer and MDR. I was on Liberty so not sure on milkshakes. It did cover smoothies from Vitality on the spa and of course all of the mocktails. Kids were able to get soda at most bars and any of the dining venues but sadly no Dr Pepper. I am unsure about Coke Zero or other zero products. Don't forget mocktails are far more than just the frozen kind. The Shirley ginger and blueberry nojito are favorites for me. I look forward to trying other nojito flavors on our next cruise that I didn't realize were an option.
